Paul joined Action Duchenne as its Chief Executive Officer in July 2012. A fast jet operator by trade, he left the Royal Air Force after 28 years’ service and retired as a senior officer. He has been fundraising for Action Duchenne for the last four years through sponsored cycle rides. He is due to embark on his greatest challenge to date – Lands End to John O’Groats in 10 days – on a push bike.
Paul talks about how Action Duchenne has developed and used its highly respected patient registry in the search for a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
